The scope included origin collection in Singapore, LCL sea freight consolidation, export documentation and clearance from Singapore, sea transit across the Singapore Strait, import processing into Indonesia, and coordinated delivery to the consignee in Batam. Priority areas were compliance with Singapore export and Indonesian import regulations, efficient short-sea handling, secure cargo consolidation, and reliable last-mile delivery at destination.
