Domestically we serve Batam, Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Semarang and other major ports. Internationally we ship to and from Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, Vietnam and Europe through our partner network.

FCL (full container load) is more economical from roughly 15 cubic metres upward and keeps your cargo sealed. LCL (less than container load) is ideal for smaller shipments because you only pay for the space you use, sharing the container with consolidated cargo.

Yes. Our licensed customs broker team prepares PIB and PEB declarations, classifies HS codes, calculates duties and taxes, and arranges permits for restricted goods such as machinery, chemicals and food products.

We can. Pickup at your factory or warehouse, consolidation, sea or air carriage, customs clearance, and final delivery to the consignee address are handled under a single job order with one point of contact.

Indicatively: FCL sea freight 3 to 5 days, LCL sea freight 4 to 7 days including consolidation, and LCL air freight 1 to 2 days. Transit time starts once the vessel or flight departs and does not include customs inspection.

For imports: invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any special permit. For exports: invoice, packing list, and PEB data. We will tell you exactly which permits apply to your HS code before the cargo moves.

Yes. We operate a warehouse in Batam for temporary storage, repacking, labelling and consolidation, so several small shipments can travel together and reduce your freight cost.

Yes. For heavy lifts and out-of-gauge units we survey the route, select flat rack or open top equipment, and coordinate crane and lowbed trucking. Share the dimensions, weight and photos so we can plan safely.
