Project Overview
Charter vessel shipment from Singapore to Batam with comprehensive door-to-door service including all lifting operations. The scope included vessel chartering, origin pickup, cargo loading, sea freight, customs documentation and clearance, cargo unloading, and final delivery to consignee. Priority areas were vessel availability, efficient loading/unloading operations, and comprehensive logistics coordination.
